Energy Management
Our LiveMeter program analyzes energy consumption in real-time which enables us to minimize the impact of our buildings on the environment.
It provides us with actionable intelligence to identify short term cost savings opportunities and develop long range performance goals that will improve energy efficiency and decrease resource consumption, in turn lowering occupancy costs for our customers.
Students interested in energy-related careers gain real-world, hands-on training at Highwoods through our partnership with the NC State Cooperative Program. Learn how this has impacted key sustainability efforts.
