As Sr. Vice President and Tampa Market Leader, Dan oversees a portfolio of 3.8M SF. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, leasing, marketing and finance. Prior to joining Highwoods in 2006, he was senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company, overseeing the company’s development activities in Central Florida. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Dan is active in a variety of professional and civic organizations including past president of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP and past-president of the Westshore Alliance. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida. Dan earned a B.S. degree from the University of Florida. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Jane DuFrane

Jane is Division Vice President for our Richmond Division, overseeing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet. She has over 24 years of experience in the Richmond real estate market, with the majority of that time at Highwoods. She joined the company when the division opened in 1995, completing major build-to-suit and lease transactions with such high-profiled customers as The Martin Agency and AECOM. She is past president of the Richmond CREW and GRACRE chapters. She earned her CCIM in 2002, her SIOR in 2011 and B.S. in Business Administration, Real Estate Finance from Old Dominion University.

Steve Garrity

Steve leads our Orlando division and oversees a portfolio of 2.2 million square feet of office space. Steve has 26 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Highwoods in 1996 and served as director of leasing in our Tampa division until January 2009. Prior to joining us, Steve was a leasing representative with Towermarc Corporation, one of our predecessor companies. He serves on the board of NAIOP’s Central Florida chapter and is chair of its Economic Development Council. Steve earned a B.S. degree from Skidmore College.

Jim Bacchetta

Jim leads our Atlanta division and oversees a portfolio of 4.5M SF of office space. Jim has 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Highwoods in 2005. Prior to joining us, Jim was director of acquisitions for Anderson Properties. Jim is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. Jim earned a B.A. degree from Duke.

Brian Reames

Brian leads our Nashville division and oversees a portfolio of 4.2 million square feet of office space. Brian has 29 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Highwoods in 1989. Prior to joining us, Brian was a principal at Eakin & Smith, one of our predecessor companies. Brian is a past president of the Nashville chapter of the NAIOP. He earned a B.A. degree from Vanderbilt.

Andy Wisniewski

Andy leads our Pittsburgh division and oversees a portfolio of 2.2M SF of office space. Andy has 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Highwoods in 2012. Prior to joining us, Andy was executive vice president of CBRE’s Pittsburgh Landlord Agency Group, where he worked for 24 years. He is a certified commercial investment member of the Commercial Real Estate Institute. Andy earned a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan. He also earned an M.B.A. from Penn State.

Skip is the division vice president with over 27 years of commercial real estate experience, overseeing all leasing, property management and development activities. Previously, Skip was corporate vice president of leasing where he was responsible for overseeing leasing activities throughout the Company and expanding and leveraging its multi-market customer program.
